This medium cast iron kadai combines a 1.5-litre capacity with the steady heat needed for curries, shallow frying, deep frying, sautéing, and tempering. The included glass lid lets you monitor food while helping retain heat and moisture.
The smooth cast iron cooking surface is pre-seasoned with oil. Use low to medium heat after gradual preheating, avoid prolonged soaking, and dry and oil the kadai lightly after cleaning.
