Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders may take additional time during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand.
MudNPot currently ships products to serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability may depend on the serviceability of the customer's shipping address.
Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated to the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through the available communication channels. Customers can use the tracking information to monitor the shipment status.
If an order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact MudNPot customer support at support@mudnpot.in. We will work with the applicable logistics provider to investigate the shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you identify an error in your shipping address. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
